COTHM offers 2-years INTERMEDIATE IN CULINARY ARTS (EQUIVALENT TO INTERMEDIATE) which includes 3 months internship.

Eligibility

COTHM has general minimum entry requirements which all students must meet before they register with us.

At the point of registration onto the first year of a degree, we require you to complete Matric/ O-level.

Course Info

The Punjab Board of Technical Education (PBTE) offers intermediate in Culinary Arts (ICA), which is designed for students who are primarily interested in the practical aspects of the culinary operation in hotel, restaurant and catering industry. A combination of practical and theoretical subjects provides students with the best possible foundation for their future career.

Course Objectives

The 2-Years Intermediate in Culinary Arts (ICA) program will prepare students for entry level roles in the students for entry level roles in the kitchen of any hospitality related business.

Career Prospects

Acquisition of manual skills is stressed. These skills are valuable asset to all students, even to those who eventually, move on to more industrialized and automated production such as in large commercial bakeries.
